An eclectic bluegrass group here in the Tampa Bay area has recently hired Ritchie to do live sound engineering for all their local and regional gigs. Formed only a year ago "Junk in the Trunk" features Lance Lubin on mandolin and vocals. Lance and Ritchie have collaborated on various projects now for nearly twenty-five years.
